Coe College Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship for International Students in the USA for 2023/2024
The Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship aims to carry on Coe’s advocacy of giving attention to international education.

This three-year, full-tuition scholarship for global leadership covers the cost of tuition for the student’s first year at Coe. Students must be first-generation college students, live on campus, and submit both the full-tuition scholarship application and the application for admission.

Coe College respects the diversity of its foreign student body and provides financial aid to deserving candidates in the form of revolving grants, scholarships, and on-campus work-study opportunities. As a general rule, students should anticipate paying for a percentage of their educational fees because our funds are limited (at least one-half or more).

About Coe College

In Cedar Rapids, Iowa, there is a private liberal arts college called Coe College. It was established in 1851 and has long been connected to the Presbyterian Church (USA). The college belongs to both the Association of Presbyterian Colleges and Universities and the Associated Colleges of the Midwest. Rev. Williston Jones established Coe College as the School for the Prophets in 1851. Jones met farmer Daniel Coe while he was canvassing churches in the East to seek money for students to attend Eastern seminaries. Coe gave Jones $1,500 and encouraged him to start a college in Cedar Rapids.

Coe’s gift came with the condition that the college educates both men and women, and the Cedar Rapids campus began as the Cedar Rapids Collegiate Institute as a co-educational school. The college was reestablished as Coe College Institute in 1875, and Coe College was eventually created in 1881, thanks to a private grant from T.M Sinclair, proprietor of the Sinclair Meat Packing Company.

In 1907, the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools accredited Coe. Bachelor of Arts (B.A. ), Bachelor of Music (B.M. ), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing are the degrees offered by Coe College (B.S.N.). Coe offers over 60 areas of study and allows students to design their major with the help of faculty members. Forty percent of Coe students double major and complete their degrees in four years. Every student is guaranteed an internship, research opportunity, or off-campus study.

35 percent of Coe students compete in varsity sports. Coe College offers 21 men’s and women’s sporting teams and competes in Division III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, swimming & diving, tennis, track & field – indoor, track & field – outdoor, and wrestling are among the men’s sports; basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, swimming & diving, tennis, track & field – indoor, track & field – outdoor, and volleyball are among the women’s sports. Coe also sponsors five Co-Ed sports teams. Archery, cheerleading, dance, clay target, and esports are among them. The Kohawks, a stylized bird, are their athletic team moniker, and Charlie Kohawk is their mascot.

The Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship covers tuition for the first year of study at Coe and is renewable for three years.

Eligibility for Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship
A student must attend a foreign high school and not be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States to be eligible to apply for the Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship. To be admitted to Coe College, applicants must intend to enroll as full-time, undergraduate degree-seeking students, dwell in on-campus housing, and fulfill all other requirements. APPLY HERE
